  • Be respectful and mindful towards the Chef/Owner and whole operations of the restaurant
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure of high volumes
  • Be properly and efficiently prepared in your stations each shift
  • Be efficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks, especially with delegating and initiating those given tasks
  • Observant and Aware of your surroundings
  • Ability to recognize and act when your fellow employees need assistance
  • Work in a safe and clean manner
